At 15 my doctor looked at me and said, "Too heavy. Lose weight." And it was the best thing that happened to me.
I stopped eating crap. I started working out (my first workouts were 3 sets of 20 crunches before bed, no joke...) and I changed my life.
Now, I spend my time helping people just like you reach their fitness and weight loss goals.
It's not an easy journey and we all need a little help.
